Can the Samsung Galaxy 5S phone be used on the Consumer Cellular network?

I like the prices on the network, but I would prefer to use a phone such as the 5S . I have seen comments that there are problems with getting all the functions of the 5S to work on the Consumer Cellular network. Has anyone actually used the 5S on this network successfully/
