Can the stock browser save videos to the sd card?

I'm guessing The LG G3 will be shipped with KitKat. Google/Android disabled user-selected write to the external Micro SD card under KitKat. So I think your prospects aren't good...

The S4, which has Kitkat, and on the S4 stock browser from Samsung it can still download videos to the SD card.
