Can the T-Mobile unlocked Nexus 4 work on the Verizon network?

I have verizon prepaid however my HTC M-8 will not charge. I have an old nexus 4 unlocked t mobile i like to use can it work.
By the way How can I get my M8 repair I bought it on ebay in December 2014

The TMobile N4 is a GSM phone, Verizon uses CDMA technology - they don't play together. (You could sell yours and buy a Verizon N4.)

As for the M8, if you bought it new (if it was represented as new on eBay), contact HTC and see if they'll honor the warranty. If not, contact the seller and ask him to honor it. If he won't, contact eBay and contest the sale.

If you bought it as used, you'll have to find a shop that will repair it. (It could be as simple as a battery or a bad charging port - either one is in the $20 rang [plus profit and labor]).
