Can This Broken Screen Be Fixed For Samsung Galaxy S4?

[AC Question]

So I accidentally dropped my phone hard enough for the screen the break and to not work. It looks like there are cracks and every time I press the power button it shows random dots and lines for about half a second. Do stores like T-Mobile have the ability of getting the screen to work again or being able to replace it? If so, can you tell me how long the process might take and how much money it would cost? (Samsung Galaxy S4)

Welcome to Android Central! The wireless stores don't repair phones--you'd have to bring it to a local independent repair shop, or bring it to an official Samsung service center.
