Can my Samsung android be cloned within itself and remotely accessed? That appears to be what I am experiencing.

I am receiving two notifications for each notification.

Certain items in quick access show they are activated when they aren't and I'm not able to deactivate them.

The number of apps has nearly doubled.

I'm seeing a work profile icon in dev settings under the running processes that is using a version of Google play store and Google play services.

I have board in English and Latin.

Several toggles I can normally change are grayed out. Including those of including or excluding certain apps in features.

Expending a lot of wifi data.

Apps I've never activated as I have not had the phone long are showing as running.

When I check my devices in Google I'm seeing three
My device by its pretty name as it has always shown up. SMA155G

It shows again with different sign in date/time as SMA15U6 which it's never shown as until now.

And an unknown Linux

When I change my pass with Google I'm told I will remain logged in on the following
*My current device SMA155G
*SMA15U6 (also my current device by model name)

It should only show current device SMA155G.

I'm showing I'm running an FIH copy of android, I was up to date and have no idea where this came from. With it I got a new feature in my settings of Remote Assistant which I've not clicked on. It also showed up as it's own app in the apps drawer, same icon figure with different colored background. I delete it and next day it shows back up. This has happened several times.

Developers Settings Processes Running shows Google running a process called Thunderbird setting injector service.

Among all of the new apps showing when I view them I see duplications, apps with 0 content when I click details. Apps that were installed by "content manager" (I got rid of all the bloat when I got it.

I'm also seeing another Font mixed in among what's usually there. It's very distinct

Also, sites and apps are making me go through the code verification process again and there's no reason for that. Everything thinks I'm on a different/new device. GOOGLE also sent a notification telling me I was almost finished setting up my SA155G when it's been set up for 3 months.

Welcome to AC!
The only time that could happen if you go to shady sites and download things other than Play Store or Open emails from unknown people and download it to your phone.

A lot of times it's people not understanding Android devices very well and a glitch or something malfunctioning like an app . I always suggest iPhones to keep plain and simple as Android devices can become overwhelming for some , Android let's you adjust many settings and features where iPhone they don't and get you into less trouble, then Samsung lower version phone come with bloatware from carriers, stores and such which becomes other issues for user

So I think my b/f set up the work profile and cloned my apps into it. When I try to access photos I get "switch to work" I don't have a work profile set up unless someone else did this.

In my case, it's an ex that's back around.
I'm seeing "switch to work" when I access my photos, but then if I choose that, it tells me my administrator doesn't allow me to access work item from personal applications. How can I get into the work profile? The only places I've seen mention of it is there and I see it in Dev Options under running processes.

Hi, so like Golfdriver mentioned start with a factory reset that way you clear your mind about your ex set-up and start there
