Can we no longer join Twitter contacts in ICS??

So I just upgraded to ICS 4.0.3 and it appears there is no longer any integration between the built in contacts app and Twitter. Before, I was able to see everyone I followed on Twitter as if they were a contact and I could join these with people's Google, Facebook and other contacts. After my update the Twitter contacts appeared as "SIM" Contacts. I un installed and reinstalled twitter and those disappeared. I added my Twitter account under accounts and sync in settings and it synchronized. When I go to "Contacts to display" now, Twitter is not listed.

When I hit Accounts under the menu in the contacts app and tap add, there is no Twitter option.

What gives? Am I doing something wrong here?

I just ran into this problem with Jelly Bean and can't seem to find any info. Under accounts it shows a successful sync with Twitter, but no contacts, and no option to show Twitter contacts in the contacts setting.
