Question Can we share chat data to others?

One of my friends lost their whatsapp data and didn't have backup.
So here is the situation. There are two persons, A and B. Person A has deleted their whatsapp data and has no backup. Person A chated with person B and person B has all the chat data. So now is it possible for person B to give the chat data to person A? Like there is an option to export the chat data from chats. So I was wondering if person B can export the chat data b/n A and B and can give it to A and A can retrieve the chats back b/n A and B

You can export your chats but this will be to a PDF or TXT file. You cannot import individual chats from different users and you can only import your own chats using the Whatsapp backup/restore feature.
