I bought it from a phone seller on eBay. I'm in uk & on 3 carrier currently. Hoping yo change to O2 in a few weeks.

I'm hoping you didn't get a counterfeit Note 3. I'm thinking you have the International version, the N9000 or N9005.

Can you use your S Pen without problems?

Can you take a screenshot of your settings screen. Like this:

It's a GT-i9305 SGS3.
I can screenshot my settings & resume tomorrow if that's ok, I'm just going to bed now. I just got back home from my holiday this evening, it's been a long day!

Sorry, my mistake, I'm thinking you had the Note 3, even though you said you had the S3. Duh. 😳

It's ok. Stop by here tomorrow and we'll get it figured out. Sleep well! 😴

Don't know what it means, but doesn't sound good to me.
Any ideas anyone?

I've done a little research on this newest problem... There are several solutions. Have you disabled any apps lately? Are all your Google services set to sync automatically? Let me know and we'll go from there.

Hi again. Thanks for reply. Yes I have disabled a couple apps, unsure which ones though. And on scanning through looks like all my Google apps for set to auto update.

Tried as directed; it's made no difference. Still getting same error msg. 😞

I'll see if someone else can think of anything else other than a factory reset, that's a very last resort. Don't give up!

Hi Golfdriver97.😀 Managed to resolve Google apps error problem by unchecking Internet syncing in Google account. Haven't had error msg since doing this. 😃
Hv cleared cache as you directed to assist things.
Still not able to enable Chronus lock screen widgets though. Any ideas on this? Thanks for your interest & help.

It looks as tho perhaps changing lock screen widgets is not permissible on my sgs3 lte international model phone?
