Welcome to Android Central! As far as I know, there are no Samsung tablets that are capable of wireless charging--only phones. In order to add wireless charging, you'd have to be able to swap the back cover with one that has the inductive coil, and that's only possible with devices that have a removable battery.

Unfortunately, you'll have to bring your tablet to a repair shop to get the port replaced. I've heard that it doesn't cost that much.

You should be specific which model you have. Some models have USB flex cable and easy to replace, others like 7 inches tablet, USB port is soldered to mainboard which requires solder skill.
