Can you find my name and password for my metropcs phone number

I made a payment for what I thought was my number. And when I tried to cancel the transaction, they said I had the wrong name and password for the account. I just want to have my money put back on my credit card. The metro pcs number I made the payment on was 245 349 8663.September 26, 2015
