Can you get completely cordless stereo speakers?

[Android Central Question]

I'd like to buy a pair of stereo speakers that are rechargeable, so they don't need a mains lead, and aren't linked together by a cable, so that when I connect them to my tablet via Bluetooth, there are no trailing wires at all, and I can place them anywhere in the room.

Do such speakers exist? If so, can anyone recommend some models? I've looked on Amazon, but all the speakers there need to be plugged into the mains, and have a cable linking one speaker to the other.

Welcome to Android Central! Yes, there are plenty of Bluetooth speakers that can be stereo paired with each other. Anker's Soundcore speakers can do this: https://www.amazon.com/Anker-Soundc...ag=hawk-future-20&ascsubtag=UUacUvbUpU6955667. I have the 1st generation Soundcore, which puts out surprisingly good sound for such a small (and cheap) speaker.

Keep in mind that stereo pairing can sometimes be a little wonky, and you might have to re-pair them with each other each time you power them on.
