can you get iphone apps to the note3?

It sounds like you are needing an App that you have used in the past, and have things saved to it, and don't want to worry about starting again? Is that the case?

It would help if you let us know what the App you are trying to save is.

If you just don't want to buy it again, not sure there is much help there.

This. You cannot take an app off the iPhone and put it on Android. You have to download it from the Play Store.

Most iOS apps have an Android counterpart. Way back I made the mistake of getting an iPod Touch and bought some apps. Then when I came to my senses and went to Android I tried to carry over my paid apps too. Most were replaced with equal versions on Android. Some I contacted the writer of the app and asked if I could transfer my paid iOS app to their Android version. Only one writer did so. So if there is one you paid for on iOS and the same writer has it in Android then it is worth the effort to at least ask for a transfer of your account.
