Can you get rid of new oreo update on s7 galaxy?

I just updated my Samsung galaxy s7 and now my individual message tones for contacts have disappeared and gone to the default. I do not like this. I found it very useful to individualize the message tones.

Now you have to set each message thread with your specific ringtone, I believe... Keep looking through the Oreo threads and you'll see this is the most talked about change.
