Can you help me fix my playstore please?

So basically I noticed that the Instagram App on my phone was missing so went to click on playstore and what popped up was "playstore has stopped working" So I have been googling for over an hour for solutions! I have tried
Open settings, click the more tab (Top right) click application manager swipe from right to left till you get to ALL find the Google play store in the list click on it
click the button that says clear data (Don't worry your apps won't go any where)
then launch the play store again also clear cache and uninstalled the latest update! Nothing has worked! Now its not showing up in application manager! Can anyone help! Oh and I contemplated Factory reset and it needs a pin...must have set one but cant think of it! It is also a Samsung Galaxy S3!

hello my samsung j7 updated the phone and since then I cant get any of my apps in play store to update nor will they work at all took phone back to store they fixed it they did not what do I do
