Can you make stock moto calendar open in month view?

I have it set as a widget that shows the agenda but when i click it it opens into the day view of the event its showing.

I would really like to click this and have it open in month view, any way to do this?

I believe the only way you can accomplish this is making sure to exit the calendar in the month view (or whatever view you want when you open the full calendar from the widget). There doesn't appear to be a way to select a default view when opening the calendar.

Yea that's it. Just back out when looking at month view. I launch the calendar from beautiful widgets and it always opens to month.
