Can you make voice calls with the Lenovo Yoga 3 8" 4G tablet?

The 4G data works, but there's no dialer app. I've installed several but they do nothing.

The tablet doesn't have the hardware to make voice calls using standard dialer apps, it's a tablet not a phone. You could use the Hangouts dialer to make VOIP calls but it'll be a speaker phone call unless you have a headset of some kind.
