Can you remove the recent apps from the notification bar pull down menu?

I seem to remember you could do that on various other roms on my DInc. Can't seem to find any setting to remove it from the Bolt. I'd rather have all the real estate for notifications only. I can get to recent apps by long pressing the home key.

Some Inc Roms implemented it to show off the new Sense which is apart of the Bolt experience. So simple put, no.

Until you root and Roms are released that take it out.
