Can You Use A Verizon Phone on Spectrum?

I'm wanting to purchase a Pixel 6 on Verizon and not unlocked. Problem is (potentially), I'm thinking of ditching Verizon next year for Spectrum. Since they use the same towers, will I be able to take my phone or will I have to unlock it potentially compromising the phone?

You should be able to, but you'll need to have Verizon remove the network lock prior to making the change. Doing a network unlock is not compromising to the phone.

Also, keep in mind that Spectrum is essentially a VZW MVNO and that means you're lower on the prioritization order regarding network coverage. Depending on VZW network traffic in your area, that could be an issue.
