How do I disable a Weather Alert Audible Alarm on my Galaxy S9?

Welcome to Android Central! Assuming it shows up as a notification, swipe down the notification panel, and long-press that notification. Then tap the gear icon that shows up -- this will take you to the notification options for that app. You can turn off specific notification channels there, or just turn them all off for the app.
