Cannot acces Google play over 3g connection

Hi
I have LG P505 and I am not able to access google play or any other apps via 3G connection.

Over Wifi everything works fine.I was trying to find data saver on my phone so that I can switch from wifi to 3g.

Please note I am able to access websites thru browser on 3G (only apps doesn`t load)

Any help will be highly appreciated.
