Cannot access galaxy S5 wifi settings

Cannot connect to WiFi, cannot access any WiFi setting, have gone through all the troubleshooting but can't access most of the settings......help

Is airplane mode turned on? If so, then turn it off. Then see if you can access WiFi and turn it on.
