Cannot broadcast Facebook Live

Z play shows it is broadcasting but it is not. Its not the network as i tried it with a different phone with same sim card and broadcasting works. A phone restart and automatically broadcast on FB will work. But it is very annoying to have to do this. My line of work requires me to broadcast on Facebook every now and then.
