Cannot Connect Phone to Cewe Printer

[Android Central Question]

I’m trying to print off photos on the Cewe printer at my local chemist, but it tells me to disconnect as the phone is not recognised. I tried a different Cewe printer in another store but still got the same message. Is this something that anybody can help with please?

Is this printer wifi capable?

Welcome to Android Central! Which phone? If it's a really old phone, it might not be compatible.
