Cannot connect via vpn

Hi, I have a M3 10LTE, set up my vpn, but it just will not connect, every time it says unsuccessful, it is driving me mad, any one help please.

Have you tried the VPN connection in a different device? are you sure the settings and credentials are correct? Is your phone set up on a network that accepts VPN traffic?

All our other devices work fine on the vpn, just the mediapad that will not connect.

Have you contacted the VPN developer? Maybe the app isn't compatible with that device.
