Cannot find programming mode

Hi ..i am having trouble finding programming mode on my Galaxy 6 edge..i need to acsess this to allow and download an app that keeps closing ..i have been told to switch this on.. and is what i need to do b4 it will open ..would appreciate some advice ..thanks ..Pete Childs
