Cannot get Cyanonmod installed

First I used the easy way get.cm and it said download error.. something about it couldnt send the rom to the device. I did disable my AV/Malwarebytes/firewall as suggested.

I tried TWRP, it says please wait finish setting up and it just reboots and takes forever optimizing apps
I saw it put busybox on so I went in there hit install and same thing.
No apps are listed in SuperSU app. which was installed with NRT which is what I used to root the phone.

There must be an easy way. NRT makes it easy but doesn't like the CM in a folder unzipped

The fix, go into SuperSU, settings, remove, reboot as suggested, go to google play and install SuperSU and it works. Basically the first one is in the system apps, and I guess it doesn't work right unless in the user apps folder.
