Cannot get weather app to work

Clock face says no weather info.

When I click it it tells me change the setting to use current location in the gear manager which i DO have configured but it still does not recognize a city.

When I go to the weather app on the watch it says no City.

Any Ideas?

I found the answer. I had the default weather app turned off on my note 3. Once I turned it on the weather started working.
