I have a new Samsung Galaxy Grand Prime S820L Tracfone that is activated. I can text, receive calls but cannot make calls or receive picture messages. I have tons of minutes, text and data on it so thats not the problem. It is a 3G and runs off of Verizon towers. I have dialed the *22890 number to program it but the tracfone rep says that ruined the phone and I now need a new sim card, which I don't believe. It seems they all give me different answers. I have done the soft reset...pulling battery....pulling sim....restarting......to no avail. Please can someone direct me as to what to try?

Hi, it doesn't sound like there is a quick fix for this based on the phone. You're going to need to speak to your provider and get them to provide you with a correct answer (ask to speak to a Supervisor)
