Cannot play video that I recorded on my Note 8

I don't have Google +....I have a note 8....it did not play with or without sd card. I have tried everything and still doesn't work....please help!!!

Can you see the video on your phone? If so, check the details of the video. How big is the file? Do you use the Samsung Video viewer?
