Hi, I keep getting this message "Failed to play video...an unknown error has occurred...ok" when I tried to watch videos in Whatsup. I just checked..can't play youtube either! Help!!!

Im also facing this same issue my Samsung note5... tired to fix this thia.....

Im facing this same lissue on my note5... I tried clear cache clean memory, but it will happen again and again.... how can fix this issue pls .... help ......
