Cannot Program

My Droid will not power on and function. It pops up with this:

"Bootloader 2C.7C
Battery low
Cannot program"

Please help! I tried leaving it plugged in for a couple hours, when I did, it just got stuck in the 'M' logo

did you just recently flash a different kernel or ROM?

Yes I did actually, I updated to CyanogenMod 7.1

must of been a bad file...dl another ROM from your computer put it on your SD card and flash it manually by booting into your recovery. you do this by pressing power and x until you see the M then let go of x
