Cannot Recover my LG90 (D415) Android phone, what do I do?

Cannot Recover my LG90 (D415) Android phone

I rebooted my phone yesterday and it gets stuck on the T-Mobile splash screen. I have tried to boot it into recovery mode and it says Factory Reset Processing, then switches to the Android splash screen saying erasing, then it reboots back to the T-Mobile splash screen. I have not tried to root it or any other hacks. Not sure what my options are at this point. The phone is out of warranty.

Welcome to Android Central! Unfortunately, there's probably nothing else you can do, if it can't even do a factory reset properly. You could bring it to a repair shop, but the cost of repair probably won't be worth it (especially since they probably won't be able to salvage any data on the phone). Sorry!
