Cannot reply to outlook email from watch

I am using Samsung email app on the phone with an Outlook account. When I get an email notification on my watch and reply to it, the send fails and when I look at the email on my phone it is missing the To address. Moto 360 2nd gen if matters. Anyone have a solution?

oh and this used to work prior to 2.0 update.
