Cannot Retrieve Data on my broken phone

[Android Central Question]

Hi i dropped my phone and broke the screen, the phone also shut itself off. i cannot turn it back on, even though i tried all the guides online.

I dont care about that phone, but there's data there which i did not back-up, and i want to retrieve it to my pc, but when i connect it to my windows pc, there is no response at all. on the pc, it does not recognize anything being plugged in at all. on the phone, no response at all.

before it dropped, i could just plug in and connect to my pc freely.

Pls tell me how i can recover my data.
