Cannot sign on, cannot get password reset

[Android Central Question]

Computer crashed all passwords wiped out, my sign on is
[Mod redacted]

my email is [Mod redacted email]

System will not send password reset.

Tried numerous times

No other contact location noted on site.

Are you using a local account or a Microsoft account? What version of Windows? Is this OEM or retail Windows license? Is BitLocker enabled?

Do you have an Administrator Password on your BIOS?
