I'm using Google chrome for android on my Galaxy Note 4 (Sprint). This problem I have noticed with other Samsung phones, like the S3 and 4. When on chrome, or the stock internet app, I can watch videos and skip ahead/scroll through them only when connected to the internet through Wi-Fi. But if I use data (4G LTE) connection, I can only view the video straight; that is without any scrolling or skipping ahead. As soon as I try to scroll through the video, it says "sorry, video cannot be played" or does not load anymore at all. And I have to refresh the page to get it to start playing again. I'm on 4.4.4 android, rooted, and this problem has been here since I got the phone, I just worked around it until now. Any help on how to fix this would be appreciated.
