Cannot Sync contacts, Sync grayed out.

[AC Question]

Its my work phone, I had an S7 that had a problem, they sent me a new S7. My help desk started a new Google account for me on that phone. I added the google account I had been using but the contacts will not sync, The "Sync now" in contact settings is Grayed out, All of the sync options are also grayed out. I cannot find anyone with the same problem.

your company has probably disabled too many things on it. i would take it back and ask them to sort it
