Cannot uninstall apps from Store

Hard to figure out why new Note 8 won't allow me to uninstall any apps from the Play Store but will from the tray or Settings-apps. I have tried everything imagineable from the very little that exists on this topic. Have restored from default twice. Help me troubleshoot this one?
