Cannot upgrade apps after Marshmallow install

Is this on the Google Play Store or the Galaxy Apps Store? Do you get an error message, or do you not even get update notifications? Or do you try to update, but nothing seems to happen?

This is on the Google Play Store, try to update and nothing happens. It shows that is downloading, but that's it.

Does this happen on both wi-fi and mobile data?

Try going to the App Manager, select Google Play Store, and Clear Cache/Clear Data, then Force Stop. Do the same for Download Manager. Now try again.

If that doesn't work, try going to Settings>Accounts-Google, select your Google account, and remove it completely from the phone. Then add it back again, and see if that helps.

Tried to follow your tips and they did not work. But, I updated one manually and it worked. Did several more and then hit update all and it took off from there. Thanks for the advice.

I have a customer with the exact same issue. We cleared caches, cleared data from Play Store, removed/added the wifi network, safe mode, etc but nothing seems to allow updates or installs via wifi only. Only updates via mobile data are working. Customer is on Sprint (not a carrier related issue. Just for info).
