Cannot view screenshots sent from Iphones

I have friends with Apple IPhones and when they send me a screenshot of their screen it comes as a tiny picture that I cannot see, even if I try to zoom in. Is there a way to solve this problem?

It's like this because of the carriers: images get compressed before they are sent, most of the time it's 300k max... Compressing will make it tiny, only way they can fix that is to jailbreak and install a mod-- not sure what it was called as I haven't had an iPhone for about 2 years

I too thought that this was a carrier issue until I did more research. It is definitely a HTC One X issue. I also have the HTC vivid on at&t, and it receives screen shots just fine. I used the same sim (with adapter) in my vivid and was able to receive screen shots with no problems. One X is the culprit.
