Can't access my Samsung S6 with fingerprint or backup password, how can I get in?

Cant access my samsung s6 with fingerprint or backup password

Hi fingerprint wont recognise and id forgotten backup password. have gone into my gmail account and reset password but its still not letting me unlock phone. Really frustrated at this stage. and don't want to have to reset phone and loose everything I have on it.

if you enter the wrong backup password several times it will ask you to enter your google password
