Can't access Samsung account on my s6 edge

Hi, i have a problem with my Samsung account on my s6 edge...i can't access the account after i make a factory reset ,the remote control is of in find my mobil so i can't unlock the device protection from a computer with my account. ..how can i undo this...if anyone knows

Welcome to Android Central! What happens when you enter your Samsung account information? Does it not recognize your username, or does it tell you that your password is incorrect?
