Can't access the graphic equalizer in Moto X Pure

Tried to find in settings but it does'nt show in the list. This is a brand new phone. I have just come over from the windows mobile platform.

I am still setting up my phone, and I have not picked a music player as yet. i just off loaded my music from my old phone to my laptop. I did go to read the thread which Ry pointed out, and it sounds like that could be the issue.
