Cant access the marketplace

Hello all,

My mom just got the Charm and I am trying to help her out with setting it up. However, I cannot get the marketplace to open on her phone. More specifically the marketplace will open but when I chose apps or games from the top menu it says there is a network failure. I have my EVO setting right next to it and can open the marketplace fine on it. Anyone have any suggestions that I can do to get the marketplace to work?

hey, im sorry to hear that, but umm, have u tried connecting your charm to wifi and then opening up market place to see if it'll stay open? Or it can be that your carrier hasnt fully activated the android plan yet because it does take a little while.
