Can't activate Brand New Huawei Mate 8

Got BNIB and opened it up. Popped in VZW SIM and it won't activate. I recieved an error indicating "This phone is compatiable with China Telecom cards only. Please install a China Telecom Card.

Ugh, please Help!!

Your phone is sim locked as you have discovered. It can be sim unlocked. There are many on line companies offering this service for a fee. Search with Google. Once unlocked you can use any provider's sim

Also this doesn't have lte band 13 (Verizon primary lte) and cdma. So even if it worked, it would be extremely limited on Verizon.
