Can't add handwriting recognition language to Samsung Notes

[Android Central Question]

Samsung Galaxy tab s6. I would like to add Russian to handwriting recognition language of Samsung Notes app. I added Russian to Samsung keyboard, but still when I try to do recognition there is only on language there - English, and the same is in the Notes settings.

Is there any way to add handwriting recognition language besides English?
