Can't add new email account

Hi. I was having some problems with my emails not sending. From Yahoo but on the email app. I deleted the account and tried to re - add it but now it is telling me "cannot safely connect to serve"! Anybody have any ideas how to fix this? I tried clearing the cache and rebooting my phone but nothing seems to work! I'd like to keep both my emails in the same place
