Can't add yahoo emails to "Email" app on galaxy s7 edge

Hi there,
I just got the galaxy s7 edge and am having issues with emails. I have two yahoo email addresses that I have been trying to put in the "Email" app, but I keep getting a message that says it's unable to set up my account and that there is an incorrect username/password or pop3/I map access is not turned on. I'm completely new to this type of phone as I have always used Iphones, but am not understanding what is happening here. I had to download a yahoo mail app to be able to access the two email addresses, but I feel like it's draining my battery. I have a Gmail address in the "email" app for work, but would really like to have everything together on this app.

If anyone would be able to help me without getting so technical that I won't understand, I would greatly appreciate it.

New security measures at Yahoo.
Using your computer's web browser, go to your Yahoo email and see the instructions for getting apps to use the "older" security system.

OK go on pc.. pull up Yahoo.. go to Account Security.. Scroll down and check off Allow apps that use less secure sign in.. And walla!
