Can't always access "remove apps" or transfer to SD card

So, this is a weird one. I recently got a CLN Thunderbolt and its been great. One thing I've noticed is that more often than not, when I open my app draw and choose Remove App, the apps start loading, but don't go anywhere. I have to hit back, go back into the Remove App screen and it brings up my apps immediately. This didn't happen on my last Thunderbolt. Its like its loading and loading, but if I hit back and try it again, I get there immediately.

Also, I notice that whenever I try to move an app to my SD card, the first time it fails, but if I hit the button to move it again, it goes through.

This last statement makes it sound to me like the slow app load and SD card is related. I would copy the entire contents of your SD card onto your PC - format the SD card (FAT 32), copy the contents back, replace the SD card into the phone, turn on, recheck.
