Can't Answer Calls With Voice (But Can Reject Them)

Saying "reject" when a call comes in on my Samsung Galaxy s3 works, but saying "answer" will not achieve anything. I'm in a quiet place and my diction is clear. Any ideas what I can do?

Are you using S Voice, Google Now or some other voice control?
Is this on a wired headset, Bluetooth headset or the native phone?
